As a patient you will always receive your own appointment time. We will try to arrange an appointment time to suit you.

Neck, low back and pelvic pain
Acute or long term neck, low back or pelvic pain, as a result of poor posture, lifting injuries or after pregnancy.

Joint and soft tissue injuries
Damage to ligaments or muscles as a result of stresses, strains and overuse injuries.
e.g. Frozen Shoulder, tennis elbow, whiplash

Sports injuries and rehabilitation
Injuries sustained in a sporting environment, be you a weekend warrior or an elite sportsperson. You will receive an individually tailored treatment and sports specific rehabilitation programme

Rehabilitation after orthopaedic surgery
Appropriate treatment and rehabilitation after orthopaedic surgery. e.g. Shoulder surgery, hip and knee replacements, ankle surgery, ACL & cartilage Repair.

Rehabilitation after a fracture
Mobilisation and exercise to aid recovery after fractures and breaks.

Rehabilitation after an accident
Injuries sustained through trauma. e.g. Falls, injuries at work, car accidents

Chronic Pain
Can help with long term pain, with the use of acupuncture, exercise and manual therapy. e.g. Arthritis, fibromyalgia.

Neurogenic Pain
Can help with relief from sciatica, nerve root pain, carpal-tunnel syndrome.

Before your first treatment, you will be given the name of the physiotherapist who will be responsible for your care. The physiotherapist will introduce themselves in a friendly and courteous manner. Each session will involve assessment, appropriate treatment and self management advice.

Written consent is required for treatment for children 16 years and under. It may also be required for some physiotherapy interventions.

Throughout your treatment, the physiotherapist will discuss your progress with you, giving every opportunity to ask questions and put your point of view.

Parent, relatives or carers may attend treatment sessions. We will only discuss your care with them if we have your express permission.

All physiotherapists are registered and regulated by the Health Professions Council.
